The protection itself — the monitoring, the response, the hardening and the reporting — is delivered remotely and works identically for a client in Newcastle or Cardiff.

No. None of the QuantumCare packages have a location requirement. They are priced per computer or per user, not by postcode, and the prices are published in full on the packages page whoever is asking and wherever they are.

Yes, where it is genuinely useful — usually the first proper conversation, a review that needs the leadership team together, or the week something has gone wrong. It is not how the day-to-day work gets done, and no part of the service depends on it.

No. Systems Secure operates from a private working address and does not receive visitors. If you would like to meet in person, we come to you, or we find somewhere sensible in between.

There is no postcode surcharge and no mileage radius — two businesses paying the same fee should get the same thing. Where a visit involves real travel, travel and accommodation are charged at cost, never marked up, and agreed before anything is booked. Where your package includes committed days, travel time comes out of those days, because a day getting there is a day not spent on your security.

Yes, and that is the normal arrangement. We act as your cyber security department rather than replacing whoever keeps your systems running. Your IT provider keeps things working; we keep things from being taken. In practice we talk to them directly so you are not stuck relaying technical messages between two suppliers.

No. Systems Secure is a cyber security company, not an IT support or helpdesk company. We don't fix printers, set up laptops or reset forgotten passwords. This company was an IT company until 2016 and gave that up deliberately — security and IT support get bundled together constantly, and it is how businesses end up believing they are covered when they aren't.

No. Systems Secure has one base, near Crawley in West Sussex, and works across the UK from it. Any cyber security company claiming a dozen local offices is usually describing a dozen postcodes on a website, and it is worth asking them which address you would actually turn up to.

Not yet, for most towns. We would rather write a handful of local pages that actually say something useful about doing business in that area than twenty copies of the same page with the town name swapped out.
