Cyber crime is organised. So is your defence.
Every person in your business gets exactly the same protection as our largest clients. What’s different is what sits around it — and the price.
Find out where you actually stand
Book your free consultation30 minutes. No obligation. You keep the findings either way.

The people attacking your business go to work in the morning. They have teams, tooling, budgets and targets. Some of them have HR departments.
There's nothing wrong with what you already have. Antivirus, a sensible password, a laptop that installs its own updates — that was a reasonable position to take, and for years nobody offered you anything better.
But security is a different discipline. It needs someone watching around the clock, someone who knows what a compromised login looks like at 3am, and someone whose job is to ask what happens when — not if — something gets through.
We built this tier because we kept turning small businesses away. The package we sell to a company of fifty makes no sense for a team of three, and quoting them for it anyway would have been dishonest. So for years the answer was no.
There's a reason for that, and it's worth knowing. Some of the platforms behind QuantumCare are billed to us as a flat fee no matter how many businesses we put on them. Buy them for one small company and that whole fee lands on one small company. Spread across our client base, your share is a few pounds a month. That is the entire reason this can be £36 a person instead of a project quote.
So the work quietly doesn't get done, and nobody notices until it matters.
That gap is exactly what QuantumCare Micro Business fills.
Ten or more people? Business Pro is the right package — and it isn’t a simple upgrade. It adds security leadership, quarterly reviews and governance, and it is priced accordingly. See Business Pro.
QuantumCare Micro Business has two halves. One protects the business. One protects each person in it.
The next table is identical to Business Pro. The protection on each person’s account is exactly the same whether you are a team of three or a company of two hundred — because the software behind it costs us the same either way.
Four steps from first conversation to ongoing protection. No long procurement, no surprise costs.
A conversation, not a pitch. We work out whether you’re a fit, and you work out whether we are.
We look at what you have, what’s exposed and what’s missing. You get the findings whether or not you go ahead.
We deploy, configure and harden. For a business this size it is usually done inside a week, and mostly without you noticing.
Round-the-clock monitoring, a one-page report each month, and a direct line whenever you need it.
The findings are yours either way. Whatever you decide after the assessment, you’ll leave knowing exactly where you stand.
QuantumCare
from £204 per month
Complete cyber security for a business of under ten people. Set your Microsoft 365 account count to see your price.
No minimum team size — one account is a real customer, not an exception.
Count every licensed account — staff email accounts and administrator accounts alike. It is the number of licences you pay Microsoft for. Every account gets round-the-clock threat monitoring, backup and security training.
Your rate drops to £34 per account and is frozen for the full term. Untick it for rolling monthly at £36 — leave any time with 30 days’ notice. Either way you pay monthly, with nothing upfront.
Your monthly price
£272/month
All in, that’s £90.67 per person, per month.
You save £6.00 a month against the rolling rate — £72.00 over the year.
All prices exclude VAT. No minimum, no setup fee.
Micro Business is built for teams of under 10. At ten accounts or more, Business Pro is the right package — it adds security leadership, quarterly reviews and governance, and starts at £710 a month.

Identical to Business Pro
Not included: vCISO access, quarterly business reviews, the information security policy pack, firewall & network device protection, and email domain protection (DMARC). Those sit on Business Pro.
Indicative pricing based on account count. Final quotations may vary where bespoke requirements apply. QuantumCare is delivered by Systems Secure Ltd.
A team of three gets the same service
as a team of thirty
Being the smallest name on someone’s books usually means being the last one they get round to. Micro Business is built so that can’t happen — the protection runs around the clock whoever you are, and the price is published so you never have to ask what you’re worth to us.
One account is a real customer, not a favour we’re doing you. A team of two gets the same answer as a team of nine — yes, and here is the price.
The tools watching your accounts are the ones watching a two-hundred-person business. Identical, because the software costs us the same either way.
Rolling monthly means 30 days’ notice and no penalty. No setup fee and nothing to pay upfront — the only reason to commit to twelve months is if you want the price frozen.
At ten people Business Pro becomes the right package, and it costs more. We’ll say so before you get there rather than after — and it’s a conversation, not an upsell.

Founder, Systems Secure Ltd
Systems Secure has been trading since 2010. In that time the thing that has changed most is not the threats — it is how small a business now has to be before it is worth attacking.
QuantumCare is how I do this work now. A small number of clients, a complete programme rather than a shopping list of products, and one person who knows your business well enough to be useful at short notice.
When you ring, you get me.
What the letters actually mean, since nobody explains them.
CISSP
The senior, internationally recognised security qualification. Requires years of documented experience before you can even sit it.
C|CISO
Focused on running a security programme — governance, risk and reporting to a board, rather than configuring the technology.
C|EH
Formally trained in the techniques attackers use. It is difficult to defend against methods you have never seen from the other side.
NCSP
Qualified to build and run a security programme against the NIST framework — the structure insurers and larger clients increasingly expect to see behind your answers.
Security+
The foundational security certification, and a common baseline requirement in government and defence supply chains.

The main ones that come up on almost every call, answered here so you don’t have to book one to find out.
QuantumCare Micro Business costs £170 per month for the security essentials programme, plus £36 per Microsoft 365 account on rolling monthly, or £34 per account on a 12-month agreement.
There is no minimum number of accounts, so the entry price is £204 per month for a single account on a 12-month agreement, or £206 rolling. A team of three pays £278 a month, five pays £350, and nine pays £494 — all on the rolling rate.
All prices exclude VAT. There is no setup fee and nothing to pay upfront. Use the calculator further up this page to see your exact figure before you speak to anyone.
It is, per head — and it’s the honest answer rather than a headline rate that only works at scale.
Roughly half of what you’re buying costs us the same whatever your headcount: the scanning, the hardening, the reporting, the time. That half doesn’t get cheaper because there are fewer of you. The other half — the protection on each account — is £36 a person, and that is the same £36 our largest clients pay.
Which is why the price per head falls fast. One person is £206 a month. Five is £350, or £70 each. Nine is £494, or £55 each.
Antivirus is one control out of eight, and it’s the one attackers plan around.
It doesn’t watch your Microsoft 365 logins, back up your email, patch your software, block malicious websites, train your staff, or tell anyone when something looks wrong at 3am.
Nobody chose you. Attacks are automated, run at scale, by organisations measuring their return on investment.
Smaller businesses get hit precisely because they’re reachable and under-defended. You’re not too small to be a target — you’re the right size to be an easy one.
Your protection carries on exactly as normal. Monitoring, detection, isolation and containment are handled by the security operations centre, twenty-four hours a day, every day of the year. A compromised machine gets shut off at 3am on a bank holiday without anyone here being involved.
I take planned leave a few times a year and you’ll know well ahead. Routine advisory questions get answered within two working days rather than the same day. Anything security-critical reaches me wherever I am.
It is a fair question to ask of any small provider, and you should ask it of anyone you are considering.
Good — keep them. QuantumCare works alongside your IT provider, not instead of them. They keep the business running; we keep it secure.
Most are relieved. Security is the part of the job they are least equipped for and most exposed on.
Then you leave. Rolling monthly means 30 days’ notice and no penalty.
The 12-month option exists because some clients want a frozen price, not because we need to trap anyone.
No. Nobody credible can promise that — and you should be wary of anyone who does.
What we do commit to is fast action and clear evidence: quick detection, rapid containment, tested recovery, and a one-page update each month you can actually read.
On each person’s account, yes — identically. The tools behind a Micro Business account and a Business Pro account are the same, because the software costs us the same either way.
What Business Pro adds is what sits around it: security leadership, quarterly reviews, a bespoke policy pack, email domain protection and network device management.
You move to Business Pro. Be aware it is a step up in price, not a rounding — Business Pro starts at £710 a month, because it includes things Micro Business deliberately doesn’t.
We’ll flag it before you get there rather than after.
No. One account is fine, and it is a real customer rather than an exception we grumble about. The base fee is what makes that work.
No. The twenty-client cap on Business Pro exists because that package includes our time every month, and that does not scale.
Micro Business is built to run properly without that constraint, so there is no cap and no waiting list.
Per licensed Microsoft 365 account. That is the number of licences you pay Microsoft for, including any administrator accounts. In most businesses this size it is the same as your headcount.
Endpoint protection covers the computers attached to that account, so a laptop and a desktop for the same person don’t count twice.
If you have a lot of shared or unassigned machines, tell us on the call and we’ll be straight with you about it.
No.
Onboarding for a business this size usually takes 2 to 3 days from agreement, and most of it happens in the background.
Threats are monitored around the clock by the dedicated security operations centre, with isolation and remediation happening whether or not anyone’s awake.
You’ll have a report waiting in the morning.
No. We work alongside them. If you’d rather we handled IT support too, ask — but it isn’t part of QuantumCare.
We’re remote-first, which is how we keep the price where it is. On-site visits happen when they’re genuinely needed.
Yes. Getting you ready is part of the programme — we do the technical work and put the controls in place.
The certification itself is charged separately: that is the certification body’s own fee, and we’ll tell you what it is before you commit to anything.
One condition: if you want us to take you through certification, your agreement moves from rolling monthly to a 12-month term. A certificate is only meaningful if the controls behind it stay in place for the year it covers, and we won’t put our name to one we can’t stand behind.
Yes. QuantumCare isn’t insurance and doesn’t replace it — the two do different jobs. Insurance pays out after something goes wrong; QuantumCare is there to stop it going wrong in the first place.
What it does do is help you meet what your insurer asks for. Multi-factor authentication, endpoint protection, patching, backups and staff training are now standard conditions on most cyber policies, and we put them in place and evidence them. That matters at renewal — if you declare controls you don’t actually have, a claim can be refused.
We aren’t insurance brokers and can’t advise on cover. Speak to your broker about what’s right for your business, and we’ll make sure the technical side stands up.
Yes — your bill follows your headcount. We count accounts on the first of the month, so changes are picked up on your next invoice rather than mid-cycle.
That applies on a 12-month agreement too. What is frozen for the term is the £34 rate, not the number of accounts — you're committing to a price, not to a headcount.
Beyond not being hacked, here is what a security programme buys a business of your size.
Larger clients and public sector buyers now send a security questionnaire before they will sign anything. Cyber Essentials, multi-factor authentication everywhere, DMARC at enforcement — you answer yes with evidence, instead of stalling for three weeks.
What you declare on the form matches what is actually running. That means cover you can rely on, rather than discovering at claim time that something you ticked two years ago was never in place.
Fewer incidents, caught earlier, contained faster. The difference between losing an afternoon and losing a fortnight is almost always how quickly somebody noticed.
One page each month: what was found, what was fixed, what is next. Something you can put in front of a board, a client or an auditor without translating it first.

The next step
You don’t have to decide anything on the call. We look at what you have, tell you what’s exposed, and you keep the findings either way. If we’re not the right fit for you, we’ll say so — that is a useful answer too.
